Foundation Repair

Basement with issues in need or foundation repair

“Out of sight, out of mind” as the saying goes, and just because someone chooses not to address obvious warning signs in their basement such as cracking or shifting walls does not make the problem disappear. Every season that passes can inflate the issue and the cost of repair.

“Nip it in the bud” with Restoration Concrete’s foundation repair expertise! We cover everything from minor issues to major structural repairs as well as water mitigation and waterproof coatings. We even do foundation additions.

What to look for

Improper water management from rainfall and runoff can over time weaken your foundation even costing you your home. Sometimes there are very few visible signs, here are a few to look for.
